Dear Forbes House Residents,

I would like to inform you that if you have a facilities problem,
you can submit a request for repairs to Housing Services using
our maintenance request web page at:

        http://www.housing.cmu.edu/maint/mr_form.taf

Please note that although you will be choosing "Forbes House"
from the building pop up list on this web form, your maintenance
request acknowledgements will still designate your building as
"1069 Morewood".  There is no need for you to be concerned
about this difference in this building designation... your
maintenance requests will be received and completed as usual.
