Housing Check-in – First Year International Residents Friday, August 15, 2008

Welcome to Carnegie Mellon Housing & Dining Services! As an international student you have received documentation from the Office of International Education and the Office of Housing & Dining Services instructing you on arriving to campus. In order to attend the first-year international orientation scheduled for August 16, 2008 you have been pre-approved to arrive to campus on August 15. Please be advised that you are not permitted to move into or store your belongings in your fall assignment before August 15, 2008. If you plan to arrive to Pittsburgh prior to August 15, a list of accommodations is provided on the Office of International Education website or the Visit Carnegie Mellon webpage. The check-in tent is located on the Morewood E Tower lawn (visible from Forbes Avenue) and is open from 9 am to 6 pm. This tent is for check-in to all residential buildings. If you arrive after 6 pm, your key will be available from the Morewood A Tower service desk. Please follow the posted signs. Have a great summer and see you soon!
