Furniture Most of our bedrooms are equipped with built in loft units. If we decide to have the loft unit removed and we need furniture such as a desk, bed, and chair, will we be able to put in a request for it? Yes, but the furniture we have in storage will not match the furniture that was provided to the sororities years ago. We have none of the large desks in stock so the best we will be able to do is to give you a smaller desk with a computer tray similar to what we have in the residence halls. Purchases If we want to purchase items on our own specifically for our house will we be reimbursed? If the item(s) is purchased solely for the sorority and the purchase has been approved by Housing Services then the receipts need to be given to the Facility Coordinator and the credit will then be applied to the house account. Keys How do I get keys for the house members? Requests for keys must be submitted to the Facility Coordinator who will get approval before the keys can be made. Key requests can only be submitted to Housing via the house manger or chapter president.
