HOUSING AND DINING APPLICATIONS

The first year housing application and dining application are on-line processes and are available through the New Student Welcome icon located on the Housing and Dining Services website. These forms require the use of your Andrew User ID.  Your Andrew User ID can be obtained by logging into the Enrolling Students webpage at http://www.cmu.edu/admission/go/ntie.html. Once you have your Andrew ID, visit http://www.cmu.edu/computing/new-user/undergrad/accounts.html and follow the New Undergraduate Students directions.

Please Note:
First Year's housing assignments are processed based upon Admissions deposit date, not the Housing application date. We encourage first year students to review both the information provided in the New Student Welcome site and also in our brochure, Living Made Easy.  This will assist you in making informed decisions regarding housing and dining selections.

We have experienced technical difficulties with our electronic forms. Students are requested to submit the online housing application and housing license agreement as soon as possible. We will begin processing housing applications on June 1 with housing assignments issued the first few weeks in July. Applications received subsequent to June 1 will be assigned based on availability of spaces and deposit date.

On-line dining applications will be available May 28, 2008. Please submit this form prior to June 15, 2008 so that dining charges may be assigned to the student account.

The Essential Forms icon on the New Student Welcome site, will provide you with a list of forms that you should review and complete including those required by Health Services.
