Housekeeping and Supply Services

Housekeeping services are provided throughout campus housing in public areas. In traditional residential areas, the large, community bathrooms are cleaned daily. Semi-private baths are cleaned once each week.

Bathrooms are not cleaned in apartments, houses or in rooms with private baths. The Office of Housing Services will arrange to provide the following housekeeping supplies upon request: paper towels, toilet tissue, cleanser, light bulbs and plastic bags.

Housekeeping supplies can be picked up at the Office of Housing Services during regular office hours: Mon. - Thurs., 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.; and Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Recycling Services

Aluminum cans, glass and plastic are recycled on each floor throughout the residence halls. Paper recycling occurs in some residences. Cardboard is recycled in the trash dumpsters located behind Cathedral Mansions, Doherty, Donner, Marybelle, Morewood Gardens, Mudge, Shady Oak and Welch House. The Office of Housing Services is continuously looking to better organize and expand recycling efforts in the future.
