Dear Residents,
It is my job to manage any facilities-related issues with Dining
Services. I also direct any renovation and improvement projects
for these areas. I often walk the dining areas to monitor the condition
of the facilities, as well as the progress of ongoing work.
As a member of the community in which you live, it is
important that you help me by bringing to my attention
any maintenance issues that exist. The best way to do
so is to visit the Housing & Dining Services web site
and submit
a maintenance request. Once you have submitted a request, you will
receive notice immediately that your request was received
and a work order number will be assigned. You may use
this number to track
the progress of your work order throughout its completion. The work
order will come to me for assignment and will be given
an estimated completion date which will then be emailed
to you. If at any time you have questions, concerns,
or comments,
