Yes. It is the resident's responsibility to complete this electronic form. Housing and Dining Services will perform an audit of returned forms in September and notify students when these forms are missing. Following this notification, we will assume that there were no damages to the furniture, space or any missing items. Residents will then be held accountable for damages in their living space.
