Summer 2005 Catering Menu


 

Thank you for choosing Carnegie Mellon Catering Services to provide your event. We appreciate your
business and look forward to serving your guests. Carnegie Mellon Catering Services provides the freshest
products using the finest ingredients. We are sure that you will enjoy this Summer catering guide with all of
the new items that Chef James and Chef Marcy have created for you. Our new complete catering guide is
currently being developed. We look forward to distributing those to you in the fall. You may continue to
order any items from the current catering guide at the current prices. This guide was created to
provide additional options.

If you do not find what you are looking for in this guide, please feel free to contact one of our catering sales
associates at 412-268-2129, or email them at catering@andrew.cmu.edu and they will be happy to assist you in tailoring a menu to fit your specific event.

We request a minimum of 72 hour notice for all of our services, however, please call us if it is within that
time frame. If we can provide the service, we will be happy to. A guaranteed number of guests must be received by the catering department at least 72 hours prior to the event. This minimum number of guests will
be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. If no guarantee is received by the catering department, we will consider your last indication of number of guests as the guarantee. A 72 hour notice of cancellation is required for no charge.

Waitstaff, bartenders, china, linen and rental, equipment are available for an additional charge upon request.
