Dear Morewood E Tower Residents:
It has come to our attention that someone has been tampering with the
building elevators in such a way as to cause the potential for
serious harm to themselves and to others.
I can not express strongly enough the seriousness of this action and
the threat it posses. This equipment is highly precise and any non
professional adjustments can have potentially severe consequences.
There is an ongoing investigation by campus police, plus housing and
student life personnel to determine the person(s) responsible for the
tampering.
Please contact either your housefellow, CA/RA, campus police, or me
if you have knowledge/information of the person or persons involved
in this act. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and will be kept
in the strictest of confidence.
