Dear Resident,
Welcome to university housing for the 2005-06 academic year. You've
picked up your key and are getting everything unpacked and settled.
Before you go too far, please take a few minutes to complete your
Living Space Condition Report (LSCR). This year it is web-based and
waiting for you to complete at https://www2.housing.cmu.edu/lscr/.
This link can also be found on the Housing Services web site at
http://www.housing.cmu.edu/, in the lower right corner of the front
page.
Please take 5 minutes to follow this link and complete your LSCR.
It's important as a snapshot of your room/apartment at check in, and
it is used to review your spaces when you move out for items of wear
and tear or potential damage billing. After you submit your LSCR
on-line, your housing facility coordinator (FC) will review the
information which will help us plan current and future repairs and
improvements.
If you complete your on-line LSCR by Friday, SEPTEMBER 9, 2005, you
will be entered into a drawing where we will be giving away an I-POD
and several gift certificates for The Underground.
All on-line LSCRs must be completed by September 9, 2005. Don't delay
and miss your chance for a prize to start the year!
