opportunity to cancel your 2006-07 Housing License Agreement and/or
your 2006-07 Dining Plan Contract.

Access to the cancellation request form is through the Room Draw
Resource Page located at the Housing & Dining Services web site,
http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/. The form is best accessed
through Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla Firefox/Camino.
