Dear Resident:

The deadline for cancellation of your 2006-07 Housing License
Agreement and/or your 2006-07 Dining Plan Contract is 4:59 pm,
Friday, April 21, 2006.

Access to the cancellation request form is through the Room Draw
Resource Page located at the Housing & Dining Services web site,
http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/. The form is best accessed
through Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla Firefox/Camino.

Housing cancellation requests received between April 8 and April 21,
will be credited only $125 of their initial $250 reservation fee.

It is important to remember that housing or dining contract
cancellation requests received after April 21 are granted at the
discretion of the Office of Housing & Dining Services and are not
typically approved. Residents are encouraged to refrain from making
other living commitments until you have a confirmed cancellation from
Housing & Dining Services.
