ENJOY CARNIVAL!
Carnival week is here. Housing & Dining Services wishes you a safe
and happy week during one of the most exciting times of the year.
While you're busy participating in one of the many activities on
campus and enjoying the midway, remember that locations such as the
Underground, Skibo, Si Senor, and The O continue to offer late-night
hours for you to recharge during the festivities.
YOU ASKED FOR IT, YOU GOT IT!
Premium Entrees have continued to increase in popularity this
semester, and, at your request, we'd like to give you a heads up
concerning their availability during the next couple of weeks. These
advanced menus are subject to change but should give you a good idea
about what to look for. Check out these locations for some delicious
meals!
BENTO BOWL (All this week)
Premium - Ribs with Five Spice Honey Glaze. Regular menu items will
include Red Pepper Fire Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef,
and Vegetarian Seitan Steak with Baby Bok Choy in Orange Sauce as
entrees.
EAST STREET DELI (Mondays)
April 17 - Fried Shrimp Po Boy Sandwich with Spicy Remoulade
April 24 - Flank Steak Caesar on Foccacia with Caramelized Red Onions
& Grilled Tomatoes
PENNE'S INTERNATIONAL MARKET (Wednesdays)
April 19 - Baked Shrimp Parmesan with Angel Hair Pasta & Garlic Bread
April 26 - T-Bone Steak with Hot & Spicy Buffalo Sauce & Bleu Cheese
PEPPERAZZI
April 21 - Swiss Steak Pizzaola with Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Peppers
and Onions
April 28 - Linguine with Clam Sauce
WHAT'S @ SCHATZ?
The Schatz Dining Room All You Care To Eat menu has a number of
interesting theme nights to start off the semester. Look for the
next three dinner specials over the next couple of weeks, served from
5pm - 8pm.
TODAY, Monday, April 17: Outdoor Grill barbeque Lunch @ Merson Courtyard
Wednesday, April 26: Hawaiian Luau Pig Roast @ Merson Courtyard
-Stop by the courtyard at the UC for one of our most exciting special
events of the year. For the cost of just one meal block, you can
enjoy a number of specialty entrees hot off our charcoal grill. A
few special giveaways will highlight this day on the beach! In case
it rains, the party will move inside to the Schatz Dining Room.
Thursday, April 27: Schatz Dining Room's Premium Entree
HOUSING RESERVATION FEE REMINDER
This Friday, April 21, at 4:59pm is the deadline to receive a 50%
refund for your housing reservation fee. If you're having second
thoughts about your plans for next year, remember that all
cancellations must be received by the deadline, without exception.
While you're considering next year's housing, have you added a dining
plan to suit your needs? Give it some thought and check out the meal

DINING WEBSITE CONTINUING TO IMPROVE
We have received some great feedback regarding our new dining
website, and we are striving to make it work better for you. These
improvements will be made as the semester continues, but please
remember to continue sending us your thoughts so we can make this
important resource suit your needs. Happy dining!
