Gentlemen,

With the renovation of your houses quickly approaching, a bid walk
thru will occur Tuesday April 18, 2006 at 1:30 PM. The first house
scheduled for this walk thru will be PIKA at 1079 Morewood and it
will conclude in BETA 5033 Forbes. This walk thru will last
approximately an hour per house. They will need to view every
space in the house to estimate the cost for this construction. This
will be a large group of contractors and Carnegie Mellon
representatives. It is my hope that your project teams have had
these conversations within your houses. The purpose of this e-mail
is to serves as a reminder of this activity. I would like to thank
each of you in advance for your cooperation. If there are further
