Dear Housing Residents,

There is a water main break near the intersection of 5TH Avenue and South Craig Street.  Workers from the Pittsburgh Water Authority are on site to make the necessary repairs.   This water main break has affected a number of our campus buildings at this time.  Buildings in Oakland may not have water service and a number of housing buildings have been affected by this brief interruption.  You may be experiencing some brown water in your facility and this will dissipate after the repair is complete.  At this current time, we do not have a timeline on the repair, but will send more information as it becomes available.  If you have any questions, please contact your facility coordinators.
