Subject: Deadbolt Lock Installation

Dear Residents,

Beginning this Thursday September 14, 2006 at 9:00 AM there will be
new deadbolt locks installed on your doors. This installation is
scheduled to occur between Thursday and Tuesday September 19, 2006.
Once the locks have been installed the keys will be delivered to the
housing and dining services office for distribution. These keys will
be available for pick up to the residents of London and Terrace on
Thursday September 21, 2006 from noon until 7:00 PM. Until you pick
up your keys these locks will function the same as the current locks
do now. If you have any further questions please feel free to
